It appears some faculty / students are experiencing problems in
participating in the Chat programmes being organised by the e-learning.
This could basically be due to the "disablement" of Javascript in the
browsers. To overcome this problem, the same has to be "enabled",
before participating in the Chat, using the following procedure:
Internet Explorer:
1. Select Tools in the menu bar
2. Go to Internet options
3. Select security tab
4. Click custom level button
5. Select Scripting -> Active scripting and enable it
6. click ok.
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Select Tools in the menu bar
2. Go to options
3. Select Web Features option on the left hand side
4. Check the Enable _JavaScript if it unchecked
5. click ok.
Faculty / Students are advised to follow the above described procedure and participate in the Chat programmes.
